Here are the Terms & Conditions that apply when you book an apartment in Zermatt with us. By making a booking you are agreeing to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions. Also, please note that by booking with us you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions
implied by the answers in the Your Questions Answered pages.
We want to be clear and transparent in how we work with you, so please contact us if you have any questions or require any further clarification.
Cancellations
Bookings are not transferable from one apartment to another. In the event
that you, the client, cancel or change the booking the
booking deposit will not be refunded. Should Loving Zermatt cancel
the booking a full refund of the deposit will be made.
No Show
If you cancel 60 days or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking,
resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
Please also note that some apartments have Additional Booking Conditions that supercede these, as detailed on the indiviual apartment page.
We suggest that you ensure that your travel insurance covers No Show and Cancellation Costs.
Payment of Balance
For apartments where the balance MUST be paid in cash in Swiss Francs, if the balance, or any part of the balance is not paid in cash,
and so must be charged to the credit card, then an additional 20% will be added to the amount unpaid in cash, plus an administration fee of
50 Swiss Francs.
Deposit
The deposit paid to secure the booking for an apartment in Zermatt is non-refundable.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is normally after 3pm however we will try to accommodate all arrival times into your apartment in Zermatt.
Check-Out is normally before 11am on the day of departure.
Please also refer to the Additional Booking Conditions on the
individual apartment page for any further applicable charges regarding check-in and check-out time that supercede these.
Changes to Number of Guests
We can amend your booking free of charge up until a day before your arrival at your apartment in Zermatt. After this point schedules for laundry and linen
may have been prepared, and so will not be able to guarantee that changes can be accommodated. Also please be aware
that for any change in price, the deposit must be changed to maintain it at its original percentage of the total booking.
Amendments made by Loving Zermatt
In the event that Loving Zermatt cannot provide you, the client, with the
particular apartment in Zermatt that was booked, Loving Zermatt will endeavour to
find apartment in Zermatt of similar characteristics subject to availability. In these
circumstances you, the client, will not be required to pay more than stated in the
original booking. In the event that no agreement can be reached as to alternative
Zermatt accommodation, a full refund will be made by Loving Zermatt. Loving Zermatt
will not be liable for further claims by the client.
Number and identity of the guests
You, the client, will inform Loving Zermatt of the number of guests included within the booking.
Unless otherwise agreed by Loving Zermatt, only the number of persons indicated by the
client when booking shall be authorised to use the apartment in Zermatt. The number of
persons who may use the apartment in Zermatt may not exceed the number of persons allocated
for each apartment. Pets are only allowed
where permission has specifically been granted. In the event that Loving Zermatt or
any of its agents discover any infringement of the aforementioned obligations,
Loving Zermatt, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to request the client
to leave the apartment in Zermatt and the client shall have no right to claim any type of
compensation whatsoever.
Cleaning
The apartment in Zermatt shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client in the apartment. When leaving the apartment, the client will
be obliged to leave the apartment in Zermatt in a reasonable condition. Loving Zermatt will be entitled to deduct any cleaning charges from the
credit card used to secure the booking.
Behaviour
The client signing the agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her.
Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Loving Zermatt shall
be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment in Zermatt without the right for the
latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
Limitation of Liabilities
Neither Loving Zermatt nor the owner of the apartment in Zermatt shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as
a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment in Zermatt, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses
because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour. In addition Loving Zermatt is solely acting as an agent for the property owner.
Any agreement signed between the client and Loving Zermatt pertains soley to the behaviour of the client whilst in the property,
and the authorisation of credit card charges.
Our Website
Loving Zermatt reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as
may be in line with the company's business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate
measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this
site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes
to comply with any such changes.
Whilst Loving Zermatt do their utmost to maintain the accuracy of the information contained on our website, we cannot be
held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation to
information on or accessible from this website.
These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.

statement to understand how we treat your personal data after it has been collected through use of our website. We
can assure you that we only use your data as specified within this statement and for our legitimate business reasons.

- When you book an apartment in Zermatt through our website.
- When you speak to one of our customer services personnel.

When you book an apartment in Zermatt through our website, we will need to collect information about you to facilitate the booking.
This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address, telephone number and credit or
debit card details. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal information to third parties if it
is required to complete your transaction with us.
Do we sell your personal data to third parties?
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent
Consent
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage
and processing of your personal information by Loving Zermatt in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. Some information
and emails sent to Loving Zermatt may be used as testimonials on our apartments in Zermatt but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed.
