Zentecken is a luxurious free standing three storey chalet tucked against a beautiful hillside with spectacular views of the village and the surrounding ski areas. This beautiful chalet is very convenient at just 200m from the Matterhorn Express base lift station and resort run. There is a street level tunnel which leads you to a lift (elevator) built inside the mountain, from the top of which there is a gentle 2 minute walk to the property. Skis and boots can be left in the tunnel's ski-room. It is just a 4 minute walk from the church square.

The chalet has 5 double bedrooms, large enough for groups of up to 10 guests. The numerous balconies and large terraces give you wonderful views and and a sun-slashed interior.

Newly built the chalet has been tastefully decorated in a cosy and contemporary finish, with liberal use of wood and stone. It has all the latest technology with flat-screen TVs, more than a hundred satellite channels, rotating fireplaces and geothermal heating to reduce the chalet's carbon foot-print as much as possible.

The chalet is fully catered. Included in the price are a professional chef and experienced chalet host, an open bar, daily cleaning and shopping service. This gourmet dining service includes breakfast (7 days a week), afternoon tea, canapes and dinner on six nights, accompanied by outstanding complimentary wines.

On the ground floor the chalet features an entrance hallway that opens onto a living room with a wood fire, satellite TV/DVD and music system, a dining area and open plan modern kitchen.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor which features the master bedroom, an open plan bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower and W/C. There is a second double bedroom also with open plan bathroom and separate W/C and by a sauna and relaxation room with its own shower and changing facilities.

The third floor has traditional chalet-style sloping wood ceilings and features a large bedroom with open plan bathroom, shower and Jacuzzi bath, separate W/C, there is also another double bedroom also with its own open plan bathroom and separate W/C, and finally a further bedroom that sleeps a further two guests, with a queen size double bed and with its own separate W/C.

Each bedroom has its own TV (satellite/DVD) and stunning mountain views and with the exception of the bunk room, its own balcony. On the ground floor, the living room has a patio terrace. The chalet is equiped with wireless broadband internet and a PC station for guest use.

The chalet has its own sauna and unique outdoor hot-tub surrounded by snow - perfect to relax and enjoy the view (or the stars...) after a long day in the mountains.

This is a rare gem - a large self standing property in an ideal location being close to the main lift station, the ski runs and the village centre. A perfect choice.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• In winter season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, running Sunday to Sunday and bookings must be in multiples of 7 nights.
  
  
• For this apartment the deposit required is shown in the price calculation. A further 50% is required within 1 week of booking. The full outstanding balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card. If payment of the balance is by credit card a 3.25% processing charge will be applied. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on receipt of your booking request.
  
  
• Cancellations. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply: For cancellations made more than 70 days before the date of arrival 75% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. For cancellations made between 56 and 70 days before the date of arrival 50% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. For cancellations made between 42 and 56 days before the date of arrival 30% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. For cancellations made 42 days or less before the date of arrival no refund will be made.
