The apartment is located in a lovely position in the heart of Winkelmatten, an extremely pretty area of Zermatt with the best views of the Matterhorn. With a supermarket, restaurants and the Klein Matterhorn lift station just a 2 minute walk away. The village centre is also easy to reach, just 15 minutes on foot and even faster in an electro-taxi.
The living/dining room is very bright and spacious with Swiss Oak floors throughout. With comfortable sofas and arm chairs and a cosy open fire and large windows it is a real treat - sun-splashed and spacious, it's a great place to relax after a hectic day on the mountain. There is a flat screen TV coffee table and a large dining table with seating for eight guests.
The modern kitchen is open to the living area making meal times a social affair. It is well equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are three spacious double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two single beds, each bedroom has its own luxurious en suite bathroom.
The building also has a heated boot room and its own exclusive wellness facility, featuring sauna, jacuzzi, and wet room where you can relax after a strenuous day on Zermatt's peaks.

For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid within 30 days of the arrival date or within 3 days of booking if booked within 30 days of arrival. Payment can be by bank transfer or by credit card. If the balance is paid by debit/credit card a 3% charge will be applied.
For cancellations up to 90 days before the arrival date Ch.300 will be charged.
For cancellations up to 60 days before the arrival date 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date or for no-shows the balance will be fully payable.
For this apartment guests will be asked to provide credit card details as a damage security deposit.
If the balance is paid by credit card a 3% charge will be applied.
Please note, this is a non-smoking apartment.
From 1st June - 30th September there is a 3 night minimum stay. Cheaper rates are available for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact us for details.
From 1st December - 30th April there is a 7 night minimum stay, except where a booking includes nights between December 27th and January 3rd, where there is a 14 night minimum stay.
Cot/crib hire is Chf.100 per week.
