This brand new apartment is located in a fabulous modern chalet situated in the beautiful area of Winkelmatten. Built in alpine style with solid wood and top quality contemporary furnishings it exhudes alpine charm with modern comfort.

The ski bus stop is 3 minutes away which takes about 5 minutes to reach the Matterhorn Express Lift Station and about 10 minutes to the Gornergrat & Sunnegga lifts, and the village centre. If you prefer to walk it takes about 8 minutes to the Matterhorn Express Lift station .

Walking into the village centre is also easy, taking about 15 - 20 minutes or 10 minutes by electro-taxi. There is a small grocery shop and restaurants in the area.

This first floor apartment is 140m² and with lots of windows it is wonderfully bright and has lots of fabulous views. The open plan living room has a wonderful modern fireplace, TV/DVD, music system and free WiFi. Latop available upon request.

There are three double bedrooms all with TVs and all with balconies. There are two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi bath). Both bathrooms have hairdryers.

There is a modern well equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven dishwasher and microwave. There are plenty of pots, pans and tableware.

This beautifully apartment is spacious, bright yet full of alpine cosiness.

• Cancellations. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
  For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival 10% of the total booking price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
  For cancellations made between 90 and 45 days before the date of arrival the deposit paid will be retained.
  For cancellations made within 45 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total booking price will be retained.
