This stunning brand new stand alone chalet is situated in the beautiful area of Winkelmatten. Built with natural materials and glass to maximise the wonderful views of the Matterhorn. The ski bus stop is 2 minutes away which takes about 5 minutes to reach the Matterhorn Express Lift Station and about 10 minutes to the Gornergrat & Sunnegga lifts, and the village centre. If you prefer to walk it takes about 8 minutes to the Matterhorn Express Lift station . Walking into the village centre is also easy, taking about 15 - 20 minutes or 10 minutes by electro-taxi. There is a small grocery shop and restaurants in the area.

The apartment is still being furnished in readiness for winter 2009/10 so we only have a few photographs.

This chalet is on 4 levels and offers 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The lower level consists of 1 double bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub in the bedroom, wash basin and WC.

The ground level also has a double bedroom and en- suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area and WC. On the top level is a modern living room with an open fire, flat screen TV and a music system that is wired to the other floors of the chalet. There is free WiFi and a laptop is available upon request.

Please note, smoking is not permitted in this chalet.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid 45 days prior to the date of arrival by bank transfer. This can be made by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on request.
  
  
• Cancellations. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
  For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival 10% of the total booking price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
  For cancellations made between 90 and 45 days before the date of arrival the deposit paid will be retained.
  For cancellations made within 45 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total booking price will be retained.
