- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid 45 days prior to the date of arrival by bank transfer. This can be made by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on request.
- Cancellations.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival 10% of the total booking price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 90 and 45 days before the date of arrival the deposit paid will be retained.
For cancellations made within 45 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total booking price will be retained.
