Chalet Grace is a spectacular designer chalet overlooking Zermatt village and the Matterhorn. Built to a superior finish, it features double-height floor to ceiling windows on all three levels and a dramatic vaulted interior. It has numerous south-facing balconies capturing the breathtaking scenic views of the mountains. An outdoor hot tub with fabulous mountain views is just one feature of this wonderful chalet.
The highly qualified chefs will provide breakfast and home baked afternoon tea each day and a four course gourmet evening meal six out of seven nights. They are ably assisted by a chalet host who will serve tea or coffee in bed, help with breakfast and service the chalet daily. There will be two other staff to assist with the upkeep and cleaning of the chalet and guests requirements during their stay as well as a concierge team. Chalet Grace has 4 dedicated staff.
Breakfast can be whatever you wish from omelette, pancakes, fresh fruit smoothies, pastries, cold meats, cheeses to a full English breakfast. Hot options are cooked to order each morning. Afternoon tea is a selection of home made cakes.
After an enjoyable day on the mountain the staff are on hand to serve aperitifs and canapés followed by a delectable four course evening meal served with carefully selected wines.
An evening turn-down service is given while you enjoy a digestif by the fire.
The stylish and comfortable open-plan lounge features a French stone open fire-place and a discreet bar area, opening up to a large adjoining outside living space with loungers, tables and chairs. The uninterrupted views from the picture windows are unrivalled.
There is a fabulous elevated dining room seating 14 people.
There are four double/twin rooms, plus one large suite with a double bed and two sofa beds. All bedrooms are en-suite.
Luxury bed linens, duck-down duvets, luxury bathrobes, slippers, hair-dryers and toiletries are all provided for your ultimate comfort.
The chalet sleeps 10 adults and up to four children.
The chalet also boasts a luxuriously-seated cinema, a games room with a pool table and a card table. Wi-fi internet is also provided.
The Wellness Centre has a full length panoramic window giving expansive views over the Matterhorn. Double height doors open to the mountain top garden. A stunning fibre-optic star lit ceiling brings the stars inside at night. The Wellness centre includes a sauna, shower room, massage room, pilates/yoga space, outdoor hot tub and shower.
Plates or Yoga instruction and private massage or shiatsu can be arranged.

- For this apartment the deposit required is shown in the price calculation. A further 50% is required within 1 week of booking. The full outstanding balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card. If payment of the balance is by credit card a 3.25% processing charge will be applied. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on receipt of your booking request.
- Cancellations.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
For cancellations made more than 84 days before the date of arrival 75% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
For cancellations made between 83 and 63 days before the date of arrival 60% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
For cancellations made between 62 and 28 days before the date of arrival 20% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
For cancellations made 27 days or less before the date of arrival no refund will be made.
- Check-in time is after 1600 and check out is by 10.00am. Where possible the apartment manager will try to accommodate your requirements.
