The Esplanade building is just a short walk to the ski lifts, the nearest being the Matterhorn Express. It is also an easy stroll into the village centre for the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. In traditional chalet style, offering fantastic value for money, there are several different types of apartment in this building.
The building also has a Ski room with shoe heater in the basement of the house and there is a communal washing machine.

This is a bright and spacious studio. There are two comfortable sofas which convert into comfortable beds at night. There are additional arm chairs, a dining table, TV and CD player. There is a very pleasant west facing balcony.
The separate kitchen is small but very handy for preparing breakfast and snacks. It has a hob, oven refrigerator and pot and pans.
The bathroom has a hand basin and shower.

- In Medium Season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, running Saturday to Saturday and bookings must be in multiples of 7 nights.
- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid within 1 week of booking, by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, this is non refundable.
- Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 9am on the day of departure. There may be flexibility on these times - please enquire on arrival.
