The Esplanade building is just a short walk to the ski lifts, the nearest being the Matterhorn Express. It is also an easy stroll into the village centre for the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. In traditional chalet style, offering fantastic value for money, there are several different types of apartment in this building.
The building also has a Ski room with shoe heater in the basement of the house and there is a communal washing machine.

The living area is very spacious and bright with lots of natural light flooding in from the large windows. There is access to a private balcony which is great all year round with west facing views. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, a TV and CD player. There are also two individual pull down beds and wardrobes. There are smart wood floors throughout.
The bedroom is also bright and comfortable with twin beds which can be pushed together or separated, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes.
The separate kitchen is of a good size and ideal for self catering. It is well equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are plenty of pots, pans and tableware provided.
The clean and bright bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

- In Low Season there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- In Medium Season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, running Saturday to Saturday and bookings must be in multiples of 7 nights.
- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid within 1 week of booking, by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, this is non refundable.
- Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 9am on the day of departure. There may be flexibility on these times - please enquire on arrival.
