The chalet is situated in the exciting new chalet area of Zermatt called "Le Petit Village" located on a sunny north-eastern hillside facing the inspiring Matterhorn at the entrance to Zermatt. Direct access is by a private lift from the river road. This area is within easy reach of the Sunnegga Express lift station and an easy walk into the centre of the village.
The chalet itself is extremely comfortable with up-scale furnishings and stylish design. The accommodation is on 2 floors with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have bathrooms/WC ensuite. There is an additional third bathroom. The bedrooms all have twin beds that can be pushed together or made up separately to provide for flexible sleeping arrangements.
The spacious living/dining room is beautiful and a perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains. It has a great wood-burning fireplace, a huge luxurious sofa, cable TV, DVD, and CD players. The chalet is also equipped with Wi Fi internet connection.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for self catering and entertaining. There is and south-facing balcony with a great outdoor jacuzzi and fantastic Matterhorn views.
There is a heated ski room downstairs for skis and boots.
This is a truly beautiful property - with traditional, yet modern chalet d??Â?cor with exposed wooden beams combined with metal and glass furnishings to create a unique combination of the traditional and modern.
Daily housekeeping is included and catering services can be arranged, on request at an additional charge.
During winter months the price includes a daily Taxi service to your chosen ski area.

For this apartment the price includes a taxi from the station to the apartment on arrival.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- From 1st December - 30th April bookings run from Sunday to Sunday.
For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid within 30 days of the arrival date or within 3 days of booking if booked within 30 days of arrival. Payment can be by bank transfer or by credit card. If the balance is paid by debit/credit card a 3% charge will be applied.
For cancellations up to 90 days before the arrival date Ch.300 will be charged.
For cancellations up to 60 days before the arrival date 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date or for no-shows the balance will be fully payable.
For this apartment guests will be asked to provide credit card details as a damage security deposit.
If the balance is paid by credit card a 3% charge will be applied.
Please note, this is a non-smoking apartment.
From 1st June - 30th September there is a 3 night minimum stay. Cheaper rates are available for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact us for details.
From 1st December - 30th April there is a 7 night minimum stay, except where a booking includes nights between December 27th and January 3rd, where there is a 14 night minimum stay.
Cot/crib hire is Chf.100 per week.
